CHANGE:
Upgraded from WebSpeed 3.1C to WebSpeed 3.1D
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
This issue is no longer present in WebSpeed 3.1D01. Install Service Pack 3.1D01 to correct this problem.
