FIX:
Need one SDO for header and another SDO for detail lines.
Update panel/toolbar for "header" SDO.
Pre-Transaction-Validate or Post-Transaction validate could create detail records. Then "detail" SDO will pick up the lines when "header" SDO publishes "DataAvailable".
