SYMPTOM(s):
Report builder doesn't recognize accents
User can display accented character using 4GL client.
CAUSE:
Report Builder is using a Windows codepage while database is in Unix
FIX:
Verify the codepage of the database.
Update the Startup.pf file on the Windows machine to use the same -cpstream that is being used by the database.
