CAUSE:
BUG# 19970619-005
CAUSE:
Microsoft bug, with not included support for key translation into MS console API.
FIX:
1) Find prokey32.xxx under %DLC%/prokey32, where xxx represents your language
2) Put prokey32.xxx into %DLC$/bin as prokey32.txt
