GOAL:
What userid is used to start up an AppServer broker ?
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
FIX:
An AppServer broker is started up using the userid specified in the Progress Explorer (under Properties -> Broker -> Owner Information).
In case that is left blank (the default), the AppServer is started up with the same userid as the AdminServer (by default it's the System account).
