CAUSE:
The OS level you are installing on is not supported with Progress 9.1D (or Progress 9.1E).
FIX:
If Progress 9.1D needs to be installed, please install Progress 9.1D on the supported platform for SCO OpenServer, which is 5.0.6 with release supplement 506a, OSRCompat 7.1.1B + OSS630a.
As for Progress 9.1E, SCO OpenServer 5.0.6 requires OSRCompat 8.0.1, OSS643A and OSS646B patches.
