CRC option is default for V7 , use -tstamp to override
With Version 7, the -crc startup option became the default behavior.
Customers must now use -tstamp startup option to override. This is
documented in Sys Admin Reference (under -tstamp option) and in
the Programming Handbook Appendix A section A.2 "Database CRCs and
Time Stamps"
