SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot start Webspeed broker
Database PF file is located on a network drive
wsbroker1 default service works fine
CAUSE:
The database connection file (.pf) was located on a network drive and the account used to start the AdminServer does not have the privileges to access the resource.
FIX:
Set the correct privileges for the account that is starting the AdminServer or copy the .pf file to a local drive.
