SYMPTOM(s):
Within Data Administration: the data server section is not highlighted, a schema holder configuration is not possible.
Only a SQL data server license is in use.
CAUSE:
Additionally to the DataServer license a development product like 4GL or Provision (Plus) is necessary to use these options within the Data Administration tool.
FIX:
Install a Progress development product.
