1) Select the link on the left for Product Updates and Documentation.
2) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Progress and Webspeed - Product Documentation.
3) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and pick from the appropriate version you are researching.
4) Select a choice of PDF Files, HTML, Dynaweb - HTML, Web Papers (each is a slightly different interface to the documentation).
