FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Netsetup fails to install when checking system components
Netsetup fails without any error messages
Checking system components window flashes and the processes goes away
The Progress bar appears with 0% shown on it and disappears
Installation is being performed as local system Administrator
The files within winnt\system32 are not set to read only
All unnecessary services are shutdown on the system
CAUSE:
The Progress installation on the server is corrupted.
FIX:
Reinstall Progress on the network server. Run the Netsetup installation after the installation on the Network server has completed successfully.
