Report Builder settings in PROGRESS.INI (see Install Notes)
Several Report Builder settings in the PROGRESS.INI file are
documented in the "Setting Up Your Environment" chapter of the
Installation Notes, under the section called "The PROGRESS.INI File".
These include: EngineParameters, UDFDirectory, and EuropeanFormat.
Also, the Message Buffer size (-Mm startup parameter) can be modified
on the EngineParameters line.
