Webspeed agent core dumps uploading a file
Errors 6019 and 5814 are displayed in the browser when agent crashes
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
Msngr: Disconnecting with no header on WTA output web stream. (5814)
A hidden field or any other field exists at the beggining of the form submitting the request for upload.

FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0A or later
Workaround:
Move the hidden field(s) or the other offending field down in the form after the submit buttons.
