XML: LOAD() method ignores parameters added in URL
When loading a document via an HTTP URL, URL parameters are removed before the request is placed.
The parser fails in cases where URL parameters are required to retrieve dynamic data.

This Enhancement has not been implemented in the product. Do not use parameters with an HTTP URL with the LOAD() method.
