Shared memory clients can connect without problems
Remote clients getting error 1432 when connecting to a database

BUG# 20010427-011
CAUSE:
This is a known issue - wrong OS function is being called within DB engine.
FIX:
Apply the latest patch for 9.1B or upgrade to latest Progress version
