FIX:
The WebSpeed Agent is nothing more than a Progress character client, and as such, uses the same core logic for searching PROPATH to find files to run. However, beginning with 9.1D, the back-end WebSpeed 4GL that processes each web request was massively rewritten to take advantage of some very nice Open Source features from FreeFrameWork and to facilitate developer extensibility. One aspect of this work was a major modification to the run-web-object procedure in
web/objects/web-util.p.
