SYMPTOM(s):
prowin32.exe generates unable to open message file error:
msgOpen: unable to open message file: PROMSGS
Prowin32 calls Progress.ini file
CHANGE:
Reinstalled Progress on a new server
CAUSE:
The prowin32 target contained an -ininame reference that was pointing to an invalid path.
FIX:
Change the path listed after ininame in the target of prowin32 to point to the correct Progress.ini file.
Ensure that paths listed within the ini file being references are all valid.
