v7.3A running under NT utilities not working dloader.dll
When running v7.3A windows package under MS NT v3.1 or v3.5, the
utilities (ie. proutil, rfutil) will fail when used with the following
NT error message: Cannot find dloader.dll
In order to make the progress utilities to work properly, one must
use NT's FORCEDOS command. The syntax is as follows:
FORCEDOS /D {working dir} _proutil dbname -C truncate bi
Reminder, this is using the v7.3A windows package under NT.
This is also the case with v7.3B windows and dos products. This
issue has been resolved in v7.3B09 dos patch and the v7.3C01 windows
release.
On Windows95 boot the machine in DOS mode and they try truncating
