FACT(s) (Environment):
The above message displayed in the browser when accessing a WebSpeed URL
WebSpeed Broker is up and running
WebSpeed Agents are found to be available.
URL string entered is correct
Virtual directory "SCRIPTS" not present in IIS

CAUSE:
Virtual directory scripts is not created in IIS, but the URL has scripts directory referenced in it
FIX:
Manually create a virtual directory "scripts" from IIS:
Internet Services Manager -> Right click default website -> New -> Virtual Directory
Follow the steps there.
Verify that directory associated to IIS's scripts directory contains following files: cgiip.exe, wsisa.dll, cgiip.wsc. If not, copy them from %DLC%/bin.
