convmap.cp error when starting Report Builder:
convmap.cp was not found. (293)
Two minor version installations present - 8.3B Workgroup, 8.3D Report Builder - in separate directories.
CAUSE:
No convmap.cp had been created during the 8.3D installation. This is because the convmap.cp file is actually part of the Database Utilities. Normally, it doesn't matter that the Report Builder license doesn't include these, since the Report Builder version installed will be the same version as the database etc., and will be installed into the same %DLC%.
FIX:
Either copy the convmap.cp from another installation or ensure that all installations relevant to a configuration are of the same Progress version
