SYMPTOM(s):
Error attempting to start a databases with the dbman utility.
Database <{0}>, configuration <{1}> is already running (DBMan016)
Database <{0}>, configuration defaultConfiguration is already running (DBMan016)
The database has been previously shut down successfully, yet it won't start again due to those errors.
CAUSE:
Problem with Java.
AIX MUP 9 is needed for Java to run correctly.
FIX:
Install AIX 4.3.3 MUP 9.
