SYMPTOM(s):
"The installation utility has detected that the file c:\Program Files\Progress\DLC\bin\system\mfc42.dll is corrupt"
The error occurs during installation after all selections are done
All Progress and other process are stopped
FIX:
The file from the media is not corrupt in, so some cases the only solution is to re-install the OS
