GOAL:
4GL: Is it faster to use Internal Procedures in a Persistent Library of Internal Procedures than separate External Procedures?
FIX:
Yes, especially at development time when the -q Client Startup Parameter cannot be used.
Note that a RUN first searches Internal Procedures (non SUPER, then SUPER for TARGET-PROCEDURE, then, SUPER for the SESSION itself) before searching External Procedures in the PROPATH.
