Receive error trying to create sysprogress account in Data Dictionary
You may not use this function with a blank userid
CHANGE:
Converted Progress 8.X database to Progress 9.X database
CAUSE:
A table had been secured so that only one user could access it. The designated user was not the creator of the database
FIX:
Manually edit the schema to remove the restricted attributes for the table.
