Using "fuser -k" to disconnect users
CAUSE:
Using "fuser -k" to disconnect users sends a kill signal to the broker. If a user has shared memory latches when the kill signal is sent, the broker will exit to protect the database.
FIX:
Do not user any command that sends a kill signal to a user process.
