Using of directory names with spaces

CAUSE:
The use of directory names with spaces in the startup parameters. In this particular case, a directory name with spaces was in the path to the .ini file that was being used in the startup parameter -ininame
FIX:
Don't use directory name with spaces in the startup parameters or if you have to use them, then use the "DOS" name of the directory (no spaces).
You can see the "DOS" name executing the "DOS" command:
dir /x
