SYMPTOM(s):
Installation of SonicMQ fails with could not load wizard
The wizard cannot continue because of the following error:
could not load wizard specified in /wizard.inf (104).
CAUSE:
SonicMQ uses a commercial Java installer that is known to sometimes
exhibit a problem when JAXP (or other XML parser) is located in the
jre/lib/ext or the jre/lib/endorsed directory.
FIX:
Take the JAXP or XML parser files out of the jre subdirectories, then
restart the installer. After installation has completed successfully,
you can put the files you moved back as they were.
