Setting up ODBC connection fails with "failed to create progress nls handler"
Setting for -H is localhost.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
Progress 9.1D
CAUSE:
System environmental problem.
The system DLC variable is pointing to the bin directory.
FIX:
Set the DLC variable = to the Progress install directory.
