SYMPTOM(s):
The transaction is being partially undone.
Issue happens randomly.
Some fields have their values backed out correctly, but the same does not happen with other fields.
CAUSE:
Transaction scopes were not thoroughly complying with some of the program's business logic.
FIX:
Make sure that transaction scopes are put in place correctly so that they go along with the program's business logic.
