SYMPTOM(s):
db was started via Proservice/Procontrol.
application _mprosrv could not get initialized'
application _mproshut could not get initialized'
Broker could not spawn a server. (1157)
4dbs on the machine, each with 8 apws and 4 biws plus watchdog.
CAUSE:
too many processes were started leading to a resource problem.
FIX:
disable Watchdog and the BIWs and restart db.
