SYMPTOM(s):
On the second run of the bootstrap.htm all that comes back is a blank page with "MSCF".
User is not using a Webserver.
CAUSE:
The file types are not defined properly in the browser.
FIX:
The file types Application/progress-wcapp and application/progress-wcapc need to have separate entries using prowcini as the definition to open with.
