Unable to open message file on WebClient application launch
msgOpen: unable to open message file: PROMSGS
CHANGE:
New application version has been deployed and installed.
CAUSE:
The parameter -ininame was specified without any following value.
When the Progress WebClient Initializer started prowc.exe executable, the -ininame parameter came before -zdlc, therefore invalidating it. The consequence is that WebClient installation directory couldn't be found by the prowc.exe.
FIX:
Specify the correct value for the -ininame parameter in the WAA 'Startup Parameters' field.
