Images load slowly during startup
Application runs fine after initial start
Error: Encountered image resource failure when realizing <widget>. (2290)
Latest video driver has been loaded
CHANGE:
Upgraded from an earlier version of Progress
CAUSE:
Beginning with Progress 9.1A, Progress uses a third party library (Accusoft) to load image files. This new library allowed Progress to handle a wider variety of image types.
FIX:
Move the images into a procedure library (.pl) and place on the client machine
