FIX:
CorVu when used with Progress does not allow all the parameters on it's command line that a Full Progress Client would allow.
In some cases it is necessary to add parameters to the Startup.pf for the machine where CorVu is running.
Since CorVu will use the parameters contained in the startup.pf this will allow some extra configurations for CorVu but will mean that all Progress processes which make use of that startup.pf will also have the same settings.
