FIX:
To achieve this, perform the following:
1. Backup the ubroker.properties and conmgr.properties from %DLC%\properties directory of the existing installation (for UNIX, it is in $DLC/properties directory)
2. Install the new version of Progress.
3. Copy the backed up ubroker.properties and conmgr.properties files into %DLC%\properties (or $DLC/properties) directory of the new installation.
When copying the ubroker.properties file to overwrite the current one, make sure that the AdminServer is down, otherwise the broker configurations of the file being copied won't be recognized.
