V7 : Button up image must be created first to work properly
The following problem occurs under Version 7 for MS-Windows and is
resolved by Version 8 and later releases.
In the UIB, if you create a button and assign the down image first,
then later assign the up image, the up image doesn't appear in the UIB
and the down image isn't displayed when the .w is run and you click on
the button. All works fine if the up image is assigned first.
