Button with both up and down image lose 3-D but keep outline
In the UIB, when button images are assigned for both up and down, the
3-D effects are removed. This is expected behavior. However, an
outlining highlight remains which affects the appearance of the focus
indication.
WORKAROUND: Remove the SIZE phrase generated by the UIB. This will
size the button to the image size and eliminate the hilite. (1/18/95)
