Promon not showing all users in disconnect list as compared to user list

FIX:
When Promon or Proshut are used to disconnect a connected user the user will no longer appear in the disconnect list within promon or proshut.
However, until the user has completed its disconnect steps (including backing out of transactions) it will still be listed in the user list.
