Customer needs to has installed patch 25 to use Fathom

CHANGE:
Applied patch 9.1C25
CAUSE:
Patch 9.1C21 introduced this behavior
FIX:
If patch 25 has only be installed for Fathom, as this is an ADM2 problem copy the ADM2 directories from installation with 9.1Cpatch that was being using before without showing the problem or upgrade to 9.1D.
