Does Progress provide a way to restrict access to the WebSpeed Workshop Tool in development mode?

FIX:
Currently, Progress does not have any tool and/or utility to help the user out to set up security on the workshop tool in development mode. This might be accomplished by messing around with the WebServer, but not with WebSpeed at this point in time.
