Report Builder engine does not print.
-T parameter (Temporary directory) is set with some '~' character.
The status file contains wrong path.
CAUSE:
Bug# 20001211-007
FIX:
Use the long name convention in the -T and enclose it between double quotes as following:
-T "C:\Documents and settings\user\Local settings\temp"
