Printing jobs do not complete
Running a report of say 4 pages it prints the first 1 or 2 pages and then stops. They have to press the online button on the printer to print the rest. If they don't they get the last pages as the first pages of the next print.
CAUSE:
Control codes being sent to the printer that set the font, proportional spacing, are incorrect
FIX:
Ensure the correct control codes are being used
