FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot enter WebSpeed working directory on the shared drive
Working Directory field in the broker's property is grayed out
Trying to enter network drive letter instead of the UNC
WebSpeed and/or AdminServer are started with account having network permissions
CAUSE:
This problem is caused with the different way Windows XP is dealing with the network mapped drives.
FIX:
Use UNC naming instead of the network mapped drive letter.
