SYMPTOM(s):
Images are not displayed when accessing WebSpeed Workshop
Using Apache webserver
WebServer log file displays
File does not exist: /usr/progress/apache/htdocs/webspeed/images/*.gif
webspeed3.1D alias is not set in the httpd.conf file
FACT(s) (Environment):
WebSpeed 3.1D
UNIX
CAUSE:
The WebServer is looking within the htdocs directory for the image files.
However, actual directory "WebSpeed/images" that contains webspeed workshop images is located under the $DLC installation
FIX:
Copy the "webspeed" subfolder from the $DLC installation into the webserver's document root directory, htdocs, then rename it to webspeed31D
