CHANGE:
Application was migrated from an earlier version of Progress
CAUSE:
Some of the R-code was compiled using either a database alias or a logical name and now cannot be run in the new version because the database the code requires is not connected in the same manner as it previously was
FIX:
Recompile all of the application code so that all R-code will reference the current database name
