CAUSE:
Bug #OE00084256
CAUSE:
The Merant JDBC driver is freeing the SQLENV prematurely, not realizing that there is another active connection. The driver expects to see a valid SQLENV and dies when it tries to reference it.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D06 or later.
