SYMPTOM(s):
AppServer process remains in the SENDING state
CAUSE:
Application error: AppServer process is waiting for the locked record to be released by another process.
FIX:
When the problem occurs check the record locks/waits with the Promon utility
against the database to which the AppServer connects for waits on the record locks.
