Installation appears to end successfully
Trying to use the Rapid Scorecard Servlets
Gets a Tomcat error message: No application is available at context "/RapidScorecard"
Gets a Tomcat message that it is redirecting.
JRE 1.4.1 installed.
Has tried with Apache Tomcat 4.0.6
Has tried with Apache Tomcat 4.1.12
CAUSE:
The BAT files in the jakarta-tomcat\RapidScorecard folder were developed for use with jakarta-tomcat 3.2.1. Later versions of tomcat have different command line parameters so will not work unless you adapt the supplied BAT files.
FIX:
1. Download jakarta-tomcat 3.2.1 (http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/).
2. Install Java 1.3.1_04, and use the tomcat 3.2.1 zip file.
If you want to experiment with later tomcat versions then you must study and edit the rsc_start.bat and the wrapper.properties files to ensure that the correct paths and calls are being made.
