Error attempting to add new product to existing install.
All databases have been stopped.

CAUSE:
AdminServer is still running when attempting to add another product.
FIX:
Stop AdminServer before adding another product
AdminServer, by default, is set to Autostart after installing Progress 9.1x. Users may not notice this if not using Progress Explorer.
