00900, 00000, "invalid SQL statement"
CAUSE:
Bulk inserts is introduced in Progress Oracle DataServer version 9.1B or higher
FIX:
Can not use bulk inserts feature prior to version 9.1B. Need to upgrade the Oracle DataServer version to 9.1B or higher.
